Yom Ashura or Ashura is the tenth day of Muharram, the first month in the Islamic calendar. It marks the day that Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, was martyred in the Battle of Karbala.
It was in the 7 Bait al Moqaddas Operation that we found out the meaning of thirst. We felt the meaning of Karbala and thirst of Imam Hussain (AS) and his family in that operation.
